The Entrepreneurial Institute of Northern NM (EINNM) provides an eight-week workforce re-entry program focused on restaurant and hospitality in Northern NM. EINNM supports candidates with training, community assistance, and guidance from experienced individuals with reintegration backgrounds. Our goal is for 90% completion of training and 80% job retention. Future collaborations will extend training beyond hospitality to sectors like healthcare, small business, welding, construction, agriculture, and other trades, as well as expanding to other regions after 2024. Innovate + Educate provides their Pro Skills training, led by Ryan Dimas, as part of our training.

Our Mission is to provide workforce training for incarcerated individuals or immediately upon re-entry. EINNM is committed to providing both a career and a strong community to those re-entering society.
